A small adjustment to the installation process is recommended: use your SSD on a known working PC and begin the Windows 11 setup. When the installer requests a restart in 10-9-8-7 seconds, interrupt the power. Ensure the host computers' hard drives or SSDs are unplugged—only connect your SSD to the affected computer during this step.
Once you stop the power, remove the USB thumb drive and reinstall the SSD on the problematic machine. Avoid inserting the Windows 11 installer via USB into the affected PC.
After restarting the problem PC, the installation should complete without using the USB installer. Please let me know how it turned out.
