Okay, this is my third entry, I am once more requesting assistance or guidance. Every time I believe I have identified the problem, I end up being mistaken. My PC is unexpectedly shutting down, quickly powering off in specific situations. I have been trying to induce crashes by playing Game 2042 while viewing videos and logging my hardware information simultaneously. I possess numerous logs if anyone can identify anything within them that may assist. I cannot find anything similar in them as I am not entirely sure what to search for either. It has shut down while merely playing Game and having chat open as well. This issue originally began for me with Game of Honor, where all I had to do was view videos and play Game of Honor and it would shut down. The common factor between them is AntiCheat, but I am unsure how that could be causing my PC to crash. It is something I have noticed in the event viewer a minute or two prior to the crash but not comparable enough to other crashes. I have reseated everything in the PC; it is still possible it is hardware-related, but I genuinely cannot determine that given how specific the crashes are. The PC operates excellently otherwise, does not crash during benchmarks or stress tests. I seem to be achieving better benchmarks each time somehow. It does not crash on other games, nothing on Game 2077, or anything else I play. I plan to download Game Legends tonight and test for a crash as that also utilizes AntiCheat. Hopefully, I can eliminate that possibility soon.
Memory test is clear. I have reinstalled the operating system. All drivers are current, and the BIOS is updated. I cannot diagnose this at all aside from being able to easily replicate it. I cannot find anything in the event viewer; it hard crashes, so it does not generate any dump files. I can power it on immediately after it crashes. I commenced logging with my hardware information to see if I can gather any details from the crashes. I wish I could test the hardware more effectively; I have no means of swapping out parts and, unfortunately, cannot return items at this moment to begin testing for defective components because I rely on this PC for work, and apart from those specific crashes, it runs perfectly and never fails during work (3D Art). To carry out that type of process, I will need to wait a while and likely spend some money on new components for testing. If it is even a hardware issue. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Also, temperatures are entirely normal; I monitor them continuously, never reaching thermal limits on anything.

This:
"I have numerous logs".
Do those logs include Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer?
Examine those logs for any error codes, warnings, or even informational events that occur just before or at the time of the hard crashes.
Disable and/or uninstall AntiCheat. Determine if the crashes cease.
AntiCheat could be malfunctioning or corrupted in some way.

My apologies; I did not receive a notification for your response. To address your inquiry, I have dedicated probably days at this point examining Event Viewer and Reliability Monitor. Nothing unusual appears in Event Viewer; I specifically searched for patterns or coincidences, and there is literally nothing. It gives a Kernel event 41, and nothing seems to be the cause of it. AntiCheat has occasionally started a minute or seconds before the crash but not on all crashes and not frequently enough. Reliability Monitor also does not show much; the only thing around the crash times is Microsoft Gameinput reconfiguring, which I ruled out by disabling it a while ago. I cannot play the games that crash the PC without AntiCheat, so that's challenging to do. However, it has been two days without a crash now; I am testing for a crash right now although I am not holding my breath; it has gone weeks without a crash before. Some steps I just took to combat this: I excluded every file associated with AntiCheat from the operating system's defender. I am launching and running Game as Administrator and also executing it in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows. No crash yet, but I am sure I will encounter another one at this stage.

Do you observe any references to AntiCheat in Task Manager, Resource Monitor, or Process Explorer?
Another method is to use a PowerShell Get cmdlet.
Get-Process -ProcessName '*Ea*'
Open PowerShell as Admin.
At the PS> enter the cmdlet
From my setup:
PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> Get-Process -ProcessName '*ea*'
Handles NPM(K) PM(K) WS(K) CPU(s) Id SI ProcessName
------- ------ ----- ----- ------ -- -- -----------
596 35 40560 49176 0.97 4688 0 OneApp.IGCC.WinService
196 11 2916 8712 0.19 2132 0 SearchFilterHost
159 10 2200 7972 0.06 3596 0 SearchFilterHost
2083 131 191992 115496 3.48 9792 1 SearchHost
1000 25 38132 47388 16.31 8844 0 SearchIndexer

179 10 1840 10160 0.00 1292 1 SecurityHealthSystray

You can modify the search criteria by adjusting the characters between the asterisks.
Determine if AntiCheat is active when it should be running or not active when it should be running.

Does it only occur while playing games, or has it happened on the desktop or just while browsing the internet?

I have discovered that hardware-related issues often do not leave a trace. I had a problem with my PC when I first assembled it, where it would randomly restart. It could do so multiple times a day, or it could take weeks. It didn't matter whether the load was light or heavy.
Fortunately, I have spare parts; I spent months testing and swapped out virtually every component before I was left with nothing but the motherboard. I replaced that, and it has been stable ever since.
If it is hardware-related, I would think it is most likely to be the motherboard, power supply, or RAM. The RAM is relatively easy to eliminate; disable XMP and try one stick at a time. The only reason I mention the power supply is that I believe the Prime TX series had some issues with transient spikes with the 30 series graphics cards. I would have thought the issue would have been resolved by now, but I am not certain.
If you have another GPU, I would swap that in temporarily to rule out the power requirements of the 4090 being the cause. Alternatively, you could just use the integrated GPU for a little while to see if the issues cease.

I've never witnessed it doing that. It only launches when I initiate the game. This is the third or fourth day now, and no crash yet. I am unsure if something I did has changed that. If I crash again, I will delve deeper into the PowerShell for EA. Apologies, I am still not receiving alerts for this thread for some reason.

It has never happened anywhere else, only while playing Game and Game of Honor currently. I cannot induce a crash on anything else, stress tests, or benchmarks. I also engage in 3D work and rendering without any issues. This is the third or fourth day now, and yet no crash.

I have implemented some changes in the operating system's defender and application properties and have not crashed yet. I also recently set my CPU to a lower undervolt. I have read about the power supply's transient spike issues but would think that with significantly more capacity than I even require on the power supply, I should be fine. That, and I am definitely not tripping OCP; otherwise, I would have to switch the power supply back on and off. I cannot observe any spikes in my hardware information either; nothing out of the ordinary. I will keep you updated if I need to investigate the hardware further. Fingers crossed I resolved it this time with one change or another.

Update: I just crashed the other day. I had a full week without crashes. Honestly, I couldn't say what's wrong at this point.
