I wouldn't go for dual 950 setups. Some games/mobos don't work with SLI/CFX setups. A single strong GPU is preferable. If you're looking to upgrade on a budget, right now you'll get the best value from the 380x around 200 USD.

Benjiwenji:
It's fine. I wouldn't go dual 950 since some games/ mobos don't support SLI/CFX setups. A single strong GPU works better. If you're looking to upgrade your GPU on a budget, right now you'll get the best value with the 380x around 200 USD.

You mentioned your game is SLI compatible and your motherboard supports it—should I suggest using SLI or purchasing the card?

Ensure your hardware, including the motherboard and power supply, supports SLI before proceeding with the setup.

Benjiwenji explains that if your hardware supports SLI, you can proceed with it. He also asks if you expect a significant increase in FPS.

Benjiwenji explained that as long as your hardware supports SLI, you can proceed with it. He described an unusual occurrence where reinstalling his NVIDIA services and running the same test under identical settings resulted in a significant improvement from 33 FPS to 120 FPS. He couldn't explain the exact cause but noted it was the only issue encountered.

Great news! A few of the seasoned drivers might have been causing trouble. I'm really pleased.
