It seems the issue continues. Likely it's the same or even worse.

Maybe verify the temperatures once more. There seems to be an inconsistency. Since the GPU isn't heavily used, that section should work, but the CPU part doesn't align.

The article discusses problems with Windows 11's built-in Game DVR feature and suggests disabling it to free up system resources. It recommends using Shadow Play as an alternative.

I'm using NZXT Cam to monitor temperatures, but during freezing it seems the load stays high—about 18% when I play LoL. The CPU reads 63 and the GPU 53.

It's already changed. I switched it off recently, even though I was still experiencing frame rate drops.

The article highlighted a potential issue with Windows 11 and high polling rate mice. If you're using a gaming mouse with a polling rate above 1000Hz, lowering it to 500 might resolve the problem.

I verified the setting and confirmed it's at 1000Hz, so I adjusted it to 500Hz. The issue persists but is now less frequent and doesn't last long.

Ignore what I mentioned earlier. This was the solution all along. The issue stemmed from Windows 11's suboptimal performance.
