The requested games and apps fit within the 8 GB limit (provided they aren’t too heavily modified). I can play Minecraft on a 4 GB Surface Pro 4 and Netflix/YouTube won’t be overly affected by RAM usage.

You can execute intro tasks even with just one stick of 8 GB RAM since the RAM speed is halved compared to dual-channel setups.

YouTube, Netflix, and Roblox all support your platform. Minecraft requires Java or Bedrock; Bedrock works fine. Java needs enough memory, especially with Bone Stock and no texture packs.

Just check it out and perhaps later you can add another one. The CPU won't make the games completely unplayable, but you'll lose some frames per second.
