Charter offers options with different speeds, though they vary somewhat. Spectrum isn't the top choice in this case. I'm planning to test T Mobile for about a month and wish it works well. I'm also curious about ways to distribute the signal evenly in my house without losing quality.

The T Mobile box doesn't support bridge mode or disabling Wi-Fi as I understood. You can connect a secondary router in AP mode. Consider running Ethernet farther from the T Mobile box and using an AP router to extend the signal. Remember, the T Mobile gateway only provides two Ethernet ports, so you may need a network switch if you require additional connections.

Your current setup uses an Eero mesh system, which could definitely work well for your needs.

Well Mesh options could fit AP mode too. It's hard to be certain. Luckily, I only require a single router and enjoy complete coverage. Perfect for small spaces.

They say the router works well but doubt it covers more than 3000 square feet. They mention mesh support, though they don’t explain what that entails.
