If the PSU is dead / dying, you don't really have a choice. Especially if you need the PC up and running ASAP, too. I would NOT recommend that you try to "self diagnose / self repair" a malfunctioning PSU, too.

It's really disappointing that this PC is only a couple of months old. I'm worried it might not be a dead PSU, possibly because something shifted during transport. Before removing everything, do you have any suggestions or advice?

Check each part individually. Disconnect all non-essential parts. Take out the GPU. Keep only one RAM module, then swap the slot and RAM. Verify the PSU with another computer or voltage meter. If nothing works, the motherboard may have been damaged and should be returned.

They all tried different fixes, but nothing helped. I just used the standard "unplug and plug again" approach. I reattached the GPU and checked every power port until it worked. It seems the issue might be with the motherboard or CPU power connector, not the GPU itself.

When facing hardware issues, begin by reseating the RAM and GPU. Great effort!
