I'll rearrange the GPU first, then attempt to clear the CMOS.

Replaced the GPU again, but the red blinking light persisted.

Use the built-in HDMI connection for your display. Power on the system and press the Del key to launch Setup (Bios). If the BIOS loads correctly, you’re all set. If not, examine the motherboard for EZ Debug Lights—such as CPU, DRAM, VGA, or Boot status—to identify the problem. Resetting CMOS will reset everything to defaults unless there’s a short circuit.

Hi, no HDMI available since you don’t have one. I tried resetting the CMOS but it didn’t help. The screen still shows black.

You can connect your display using a Display Port adapter or HDMI cable available at nearby electronics shops. The problem might lie with your GPU. It often displays an EZ Debug light for VGA on the motherboard as shown in earlier posts. If nothing works, try clearing the CMOS—some models have a button near the power supply. Alternatively, you may need to remove a jumper pin on the motherboard and replace it.

I see a visible CMOS jumpers that I'll test soon. My motherboard doesn't have an EZ Debug indicator.

I just reset the clear CMOS, but nothing happened. Also, my monitor is flashing blue, which the manual says shouldn’t show any output. The device is sleeping, just like it should when I turn off the computer. I’ll search for some guides.

The Ryzen 5600 lacks an integrated graphics unit. The HDMI and DP connections on the motherboard are ineffective. @Dixel, if you need a different graphics card, consider it to eliminate a defective GPU. The Red LEDs on the XFX graphics card activate only under two conditions: the PCI-E power cable isn’t connected or the voltage through the connector is insufficient (such as PSU or connector problems). Therefore, inspect the power supply unit—check if it’s beginning to fail—as well.

Well, those choices aren’t great. I mentioned having my back panel partially open for a while, maybe an hour or two. I recall bumping into it once while it was half open, possibly hitting something. It seems the PSU could be involved. I plan to unplug everything, inspect the PSU, and reinstall it. Taking another GPU or PSU isn’t possible because I’ve already invested all my money in this PC and don’t have any backup options.

Also consider the PSU and assume it's no longer available. What should you do next—just spend $60 on a different one?
