Can you please show screenshot from your date&time settings?
(upload to imgur.com and post link)
Switch "Set time zone automatically" to OFF and
specify correct time zone.
If you have set regional settings wrong, then set time zone automatically will not work correctly.
And if you live in a large country spanning multiple time zones, then it also may not work correctly.

I finally achieved the daylight line just like you described. Following your advice to disable the automatic time setting and keep my time zone set to Eastern, I restarted the device and received several updates. Once that finished, the laptop powered off again. After rebooting, for the first time I clearly saw the daylight savings line in the photo you shared and turned it on. Now I’m back to normal time. Did the automatic firmware update fix this? How do you know you need to update the firmware? A warning would appear when searching for something like what I did, reminding you to check for updates. Thanks!

I think the update coincided with the adjustment you made in the settings. Not closely connected.

It was likely because of the change in "Set time automatically".

When we fall back an hour in November, it affects the timing of events. You should adjust your plans accordingly, as this change impacts schedules. The specific line you mentioned is not permanently disabled; it simply changes with the time shift.

You don't need to do anything since your settings have been fixed.

We haven't received a screenshot showing your settings yet.
If the option "Adjust for daylight saving time automatically" is disabled, your computer's time won't change by 1 hour in November.
