Alright. The frame rate on your sample appears consistent, provided you have Vsync enabled, and I suspect the initial part is simply loading the game world. Could you replicate this test in another problematic title?

My system lacks a traditional hard drive; instead, I utilize a solid-state drive. Furthermore, even when playing games without an internet connection, they exhibited performance issues and lag.

The operating system designates this storage space area as "HDD usage," regardless of your device. Consequently, I opted for that terminology. Furthermore, even if you’re enjoying a game without an internet connection, Windows can still negatively impact performance through other online processes.
