It's unusual with rust items; I've been using the authenticator since it arrived, and it consistently registers new devices. I haven't received any Russian login confirmation besides an email warning about the login. Steam suggests new devices shouldn't trade for several days, yet this occurred while I was in the shower or I would have blocked the account right away. The login email and trades happened very quickly—within minutes of each other. Trades should be delayed from a new device!
