AMD increases the voltage on standard 3600 processors since the chips aren’t the most efficient ones. Adjust the Vcore manually until you avoid blue screens, crashes, or app problems.

HWmonitor has failed. The data you received isn't useful for working with Zen2. That's why I mentioned using a different tool earlier in the discussion.
