Consider pursuing an AIO setup. Also, evaluate removing unused programs and see if it improves performance.

I’m not using an AIO, I’m handling the cooling myself. It handles games around 50°C, including air drawn from my GPU pass-through. Try it out, see if you can shut things down and stop any extra processes to bring temps down a bit—though it won’t make much of a difference, it’ll still help a little.

It's unusual, there seems to be a temperature problem. A 7800X3D should stay under 40°C at idle and 75°C during gaming, even with just one air cooler...

Could the temperature reading be affected by something unusual? After closing many programs and background processes, you noticed a low reading between 53 and 56.

Or thermal paste? I tried Grizzly Kryonaut, opened the case and everything looks fine—the fans are working properly and it’s not warm anywhere.
