Last month I replaced my CPU with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and it functioned properly, but now after a month the idle temperature fluctuates between 50-70°C even when only 1% is running. I’m unsure if the issue lies with the CPU itself or just the BIOS update. My cooling system uses a pure rock cooler. Could use some advice.

It always begins regardless of whether the Task Manager isn't visible.

Stop and remove the Armoury crate, then check if it resolves the issue

It seems you're questioning whether the cooler's performance meets expectations. The question about the CPU's capacity is also relevant here.

I thought it was typical since AMD Zen 4 processors are built to reach 95 degrees when necessary, and the cooler seems modest for the chip. If it had been stable before, I’m uncertain about the changes. Still, it’s not a problem right now—it matches what’s expected. The main concern is the sudden and unexpected temperature rise.
