It seems you're facing some tough challenges. Running at extreme temperatures will likely damage the laptop eventually. The best option right now is to get a Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and replace the cooling paste. Looking ahead, it's wise to avoid buying laptops with overly powerful CPUs that struggle to manage heat.

I shared the laptop with an artic mx-4 about four months ago when it was hot. After applying the paste, it worked well, but now the heat is back to high.

MX-4 offers standard paste application, and the device likely has accumulated dust.

Accept the Thermal Grizzly Kyronaut option—it will enhance performance. Score: 1100+.

Also consider -0.200mv but unsure if it's beneficial.

Use a good paste and cl it yes. Also, handle the throttle carefully because it might damage a laptop if not used properly.
