What about RAM? Are we reaching the maximum? Both I and @Sauron are using 16 gigabytes, but you only have 8.

Yes, it could be that the combined stress on both the GPU and CPU balances things out. Just a guess, not a confirmed fact.

We're discussing graphics memory. A 6GB VRAM capacity is sufficient for 1080p resolution.

Your graphics card has limited VRAM, while your main system has 8GB of RAM, which causes performance around 90% in Task Manager.

It used to be okay with just eight frames per second. The performance shouldn't change much when you're around 60 fps, as the CPU load stays similar. It doesn't seem like it handles work in a fixed way. Also, I don't experience any freezes or drops at 1080p. If I had a 120Hz display, it would matter more, but not at 60Hz. The main thing is to figure out if the problem lies with your hardware before investing in new parts.

Sure, I'll purchase additional RAM and monitor the results. Fortunately, DDR3 remains affordable locally. Otherwise, I'll need to invest in new components.

The main issue for that CPU working with a GTX 1060 is about 7%, which is minimal and not something to be concerned about.
