Have you checked if XMP is activated in the BIOS? Is your RAM operating at the speed it claims?

I attempted to turn on the XMP profile, switch it off and back on, and adjust the speed manually, but none of these changes fixed the issue.

I encountered similar problems after setting up my new rig, and discovered that turning on AMD EXPO (the equivalent of XMP) and then reinstalling Windows resolved the issues. I also noticed different BSODs and crashes when launching Windows. Try checking BIOS settings, reverting everything to defaults, and enabling XMP before reinstalling.

The issue seems linked to the BIOS settings rather than a CPU fault. Changing the frequency to 3.4 worked initially, but increasing or switching to auto causes crashes with unique error codes. This pattern suggests a possible instability in the system related to the BIOS configuration.

Sorry, the update fails and causes a crash during the installation.

Based on what I've seen, defective CPUs are uncommon (though not impossible). It seems more likely a problem with your RAM or motherboard. Since you've already swapped out the RAM, that narrows it down. Everything should remain stable if you keep the clock at 34. If you're still unsure, consider updating your BIOS, running a memory test, and checking for unusual behavior in BIOS mode. Also, verify your PSU and graphics card specs. If you have any thermal paste or need help with repairs, let me know.

1) Latest bios information.
2) I tested the system and noticed it still crashes when RAM is changed.
3) Sometimes adjusting settings and saving causes a black screen, prevents booting, and the CPU light appears on the board. I have to press ALT+CTRL+DELETE to start up. This occurs about three times every few attempts.
I’m using an Aorus Power Supply 750 Watt 80 Gold + Gigabyte RTX 2060 Super (previously used on an older system without issues).

I'd likely think about the motherboard or CPU first, particularly since memtest86 hasn't shown any issues.
