Hi, I see you're dealing with some tricky issues with your I7 13700K and B660 Aorus Master setup. After trying several fixes—installing fresh Windows, updating drivers, swapping RAM, removing the GPU—it still isn’t working well. You mentioned stability came from adjusting the Performance CPU Clock Ratio to 4.4 in BIOS. That’s a good start. Regarding your second update, it sounds like you might have a faulty CPU, which resolved itself after replacement. The blue screens with different codes when changing frequencies suggest another hardware issue. If you can confirm the exact error messages and whether the system boots normally at other settings, that would help pinpoint the problem further.

You often face various error messages like IRQL NOT LESS THAN ZERO, BAD_POOL_CALLER, and similar issues. These can make troubleshooting tricky.

I also tried a different RAM setup of 2x8GB but the issue persisted. I think the SSD might be the problem since it's newer. I tested my old system on the new one, updated all drivers, removed the GPU and used the built-in graphics, yet it didn't work.

It's the SSD then. Securing a warrant would help.

I checked two different SSDs, which means the issue isn't with them.

The SSDs might not be the issue. You've already performed a fresh Windows reinstall—ugh, that's tough. Have you attempted to run the processor on another motherboard? It could resolve the problem, possibly due to the CPU or the motherboard itself.
