The model's scythe is available again at the store. Should I purchase it for 10,850,000 given my current responsibilities?

It seems it should be fine considering the review from Linus. A big air like D15/Deepcool Assassin III/DRP4 would work well, though the Fuma 2 reviews look great. If those coolers won't fit and it's against a 240, I'd prefer the Fuma 2 personally.

In my country, big air coolers with 240mm aio are usually priced similarly.

A big air cooler performs similarly to most 240 units, possibly even quieter and more efficient. If possible, I’d choose that option.

@Mister Woof says the model 2 performs better than NHD15s, likely worth buying.

I understand your point, though it differs from the D15/DA3 performance on high-power CPUs. At lower levels, it's fine, but for 200W+ on an i9, the big air will work much better.

Regarding the D15s (single fans only) I’m not receiving D15 or DA3 due to insufficient RAM space.

If you can't accommodate the large air coolers, the Scythe Fuma 2 remains a solid choice.
