I want to enjoy playing cyberpunk, but it's not performing well. I have an Intel UHD 620 with 128 MB of RAM and a 16 GB SSD. I'm wondering if I can free up some space by allocating memory to help the game run better.

LowSpecGamer experienced Cyberpunk running smoothly on a Vega 3:
Vega 3 does offer an upgrade over the UHD 620, though the improvement isn't huge. The main issue lies with the processor—Zenbooks are expected to use Intel U processors, which would likely result in a 4C/8T chip clocking around 2GHz. Cyberpunk might struggle significantly with this setup, just as it would with the graphics card.
Still, for someone willing to play a game, performance standards aren't always the main concern. I personally played a significant portion of Deus Ex on a machine that consistently managed only about 30 frames per second, and at times I had to play maps at roughly 10 FPS.

I don't think Cyberpunk is meant to be played using an iGPU...if that's all you have to work with in terms of a GPU.

When utilizing the built-in graphics, you must access the BIOS to check for available settings.

Based on your earlier comment, it seems to be a laptop. If that's correct, which specific model are you thinking of?

It won't assist.
The feed runs at 10-15 frames per second with low quality and 720p resolution. Not functional.

In Windows open up Settings, then proceed to Update and Security -> Recovery -> "Restart Now" in "Advanced Startup" -> Advanced Options -> Troubleshoot -> UEFI Firmware Settings.
Search until you locate an option that allows modifying the amount of VRAM allocated to the GPU.
