My CPU lacks an integrated graphics unit, only having the 4050. Despite enabling the High-Performance mode, the problem persists, and the power consumption remains between 10 to 12 watts maximum.

try these
(Fn+Q see if you can cycle to performance threw this method.
update your laptops bios.
if that fails try below
try the following
( really not a fan that lenovo locks alot of stuff this way but have a theory this is going to work).
f2 into the bios spam it till your in. or it may be f9
Press the
Fn
+
R
+
N
keys simultaneously, hold for a half second, release, and repeat this sequence a total of three times.
save and exit
then re enter bios
this will unlock advanced settings in your bios.
there should be a power management option in the bios a performance mode in there which should allow the gpu headroom.

Hello there! I ran a stress test on the GPU with FurMark 2, achieving 105 watts and 99% utilization. However, during actual gaming, it consistently remains at 12 watts.

I haven't completed this yet, but I attempted to push the limits as discussed earlier. It generated 105 watts, yet performance remains sluggish in games, with insufficient power and usage.

It doesn't matter whether you run stress tests, as long as the system is power-locked through the BIOS—it won't allow the GPU to increase its speed. There are low-power models in question, but even 12 watts seems too low; maximum draw should be around 95 watts on such devices.
