I can't rely on the task manager for live performance tracking. Instead, I use MSI Afterburner to show CPU, GPU and temperature stats while gaming. You might also want to try user benchmarking to compare your setup with others having the same hardware. If you get similar results everyone else is getting then everything should be functioning properly.

According to the information I’ve gathered, Quick CPU loses its configuration when it powers off and on. Have you rebooted your device since this issue started? Have you thought about removing Quick CPU altogether?
