I attempted it, then opened BIOS after selecting UEFI and pressed F9 and F10, but it didn’t work. Please assist.

I'm trying to boost my CPU performance (I don’t know much about CPUs). I use an ASUS laptop with QuickCPU, which runs at full speed. But when I open or play games, it slows down and drops below the base speed, making it impossible to play properly. I've tried various methods but nothing seems to help.

I didn't perform any overclocking. My thermal performance is currently within normal ranges.

I stopped using all the cores, set the scaling to full, increased the turbo index to full, and the thermal performance was okay. I reset my laptop, but it didn’t help.

Absolutely correct, I don’t need full performance at 100%. In games like Warzone, the CPU doesn’t spike, which helps avoid lag.

Scaling should stay below 100 for OC to function properly.

I'm not sure what you're referring to since I don't understand CPU, but it's at its maximum speed on a quick CPU.

Reviewing the screenshot, it's unclear why GPU0 is active while GPU1 remains unused. The system might be handling tasks differently than expected.
