The best solution is to perform a fresh installation from a clean media, ensuring a proper copy rather than a pirated version. You're trying to install Windows on a USB drive and make it bootable. You have two options: use the official Microsoft installer or use Rufus to burn an ISO file.

The issue is that my previous laptop, which is the only one I own, doesn’t support running the media creation tool. I’m using direct ISO files instead.
