I made a huge mistake!
I haven’t used SweetFX before and managed to get it running on my PC successfully, which is rare. I’ve stopped trying since it often causes crashes in my game. It feels too complicated compared to the original version, and the current build looks fine. Also, download the mod manager from the first link you provided, not the second one.
Avoid using a mod manager during shader installation. That person believes you installed a GTA-specific mod. To remove it, simply delete the files you saved into the game folder. The crash likely occurred because you copied the incorrect DLL file or omitted renaming it. Always follow the instructions carefully when installing shaders.
I mentioned which files to remove earlier. After that, your game should function normally again.
I had it, but got rid of it, but yeah let me just re download etc.
