I put in "SweetFX 2.0 (Running on ReShade)" and now it keeps crashing when I launch GTA V. Want to remove that app?

They likely didn’t install a mod manager. You can fix the game via the installation menu: if you had the Steam version, back up your game first using the settings before making any changes. Now you have an option to check and verify the game’s integrity in Steam.

Remove these files: SweetFX Folder dxgi.dll/d3d9.dll/opengl32.dll/d3d11.dll, SweetFX.fx, .log file

Sure, remove the sweetfx files so the game runs correctly. I assumed I’d already done that. This is why a mod manager is necessary—it handles copying and deleting when you close the game.
