Just about to ask the same question again. On another occasion, the board disliked the RAM, but displayed a VGA light indicating no video due to RAM interfering with the GPU. Switched to a different GPU worked out. I faced a similar problem later with another build. It could be useful to check if your RAM model appears on the board's QVL list for Vermeer Ryzen.
