How completely is your hard drive? Would it benefit from a defragmentation process?

There might be around 200 GB remaining on my HDD, it doesn't require defragmenting, and I confirmed it's not fragmented. I tried another HDD and played the game there for 30 minutes without any issues, so I'm testing various games and switching between drives to confirm this is the issue. Thank you for your assistance.
