Are you referring to something mentioned in the bios? Also, sometimes on your Z170 motherboard you need to turn on M.2 in the BIOS settings.

Certain boards turn off a SATA connection if the M.2 slot is already in use. You might need to activate it through the BIOS settings.

I also looked into it, but it didn’t provide much help. Those are SATA connections. If it’s present, it will be located within any M.2 or PCIe setup.
