Once I cleaned the installed windows and signed in using my Microsoft account, MS office 365 displayed that I don’t have any subscription. I reviewed all my emails but found no evidence of an office subscription! After logging in, I received the Windows 10 activation for a home and student version, which was free with my laptop. Has it disappeared now?

Verify the Microsoft Store app in your library by checking if it appears.
If you're logged into Windows using your MS account and Office 365 is active, it should still be downloadable or installable.
If not, reach out to the manufacturer or retailer you bought from and request access.
They usually provide a backup installation disk with the original software available.

Unless you locate the physical license key (should you have one) attached to the email containing the license details, it has been lost. If you are confident it was enabled, test using alternative email addresses. Was this product bought with the device or did another person purchase it later?

Usually linked to your Microsoft account. Logging into your account via a web browser should confirm whether Office 365 is available.

It was included with my laptop and it was an OEM model that came pre-installed.

There is usually a free 'trial' but not fully free unless it was a deal at your dpecific retailer.
Your best bet is to think of (and try) all the different email addresses that it could've been purchase/licensed under.

Office licenses and Windows licenses are distinct—there’s no syncing or connection between them.
Yes, it is possible to reuse the same email account. If Office was bought, you only need the email address and password associated with its purchase. It’s straightforward.

Was bedeutet der Begriff "Tres"?
