It seems your board isn't in good shape. Asrock hasn't been reliable with B450 boards. If you're committed to that chipset, MSI is a better option. You might want to consider a Mortar—those MATX boards are solid. You could attempt resetting the BIOS or CMOS, but it looks like your board might be damaged. Trying to replace the CMOS battery could help, or check if your board is flashing back to BIOS. You might need to short the pins or swap out the battery. If you have another PC, test its RAM and GPU to confirm compatibility.

I'll swap out the CMOS battery since it's cheap. RMA stands for Return Merchandise Authorization. I'm planning to check my CPU and RAM on a friend's PC soon, but first I'll replace the battery on my motherboard. The PSU looks good.

Checking the bios flashback from magicfuturealiens. Also, figuring out which pins to short. I’m comfortable with PCs but not with motherboards. I have limited knowledge about the pins.

It’s about six months since you bought it, and you got the motherboard before the other components because it was on sale. You don’t have the box either. Can you still return it?
