For instance, after restarting your computer previously, did you notice the Asrock emblem? Or did it display a black screen before transitioning directly to the Windows logo?

I found a bio there. I used F2(spam) to access it, and by factory resetting means restarting Windows and wiping all data.

I removed everything from my PC, assembled it inside a cardboard box without any storage drives—just RAM, CPU, motherboard, GPU, and three PSU connectors. I took the CPU out, reinstalled it, and tried various GPUs with different ports, but nothing worked. Is this related to the motherboard? I don’t want to replace the CPU since my current one is excellent and my board is a budget model.

Request the board to proceed with this path. You have no other choice but this route. If considering PSU, also initiate RMA at the same time. I reviewed every thread you linked; none offered a convincing answer. It's frustrating, RMA is inconvenient, the delays are annoying. That covers your current options. Sorry for sharing this perspective on the forums, but unless you've completed all necessary checks—which I believe you have—RMA is the next step.
