It doesn’t restart again; after turning on, the fans begin spinning but then shut down immediately, and no screens appear.

If the board appears intact, proceed with the next steps carefully. Ensure you have both the 24-pin ATX connector and the 4-pin header connected to the PSU. Be aware of PSUs with split 8-pin connectors that may work with boards needing higher power. When using an 8-pin setup, align the latch correctly—match its orientation with the raised edge on the connector. Verify the connector matches your board’s socket. Consult the manufacturer’s manual for specific installation guidance. Once powered up, test alternative CPUs to determine if the issue lies elsewhere, such as RAM or another component.

I've included the screen on an AMD RX 570 GPU with a GPU AMD GPU, but it isn't turning on or displaying anything. The indicator shows sleep mode input wasn't detected. I'm avoiding the motherboard since I only have an HDMI cable, not the specific one your board requires.

Avoid connecting the HDMI or "two screw cable" to the motherboard when there is a GPU, since it will rely on the CPU's built-in graphics instead of the GPU. If possible, use a cable for the motherboard and remove the GPU.
