Using 1500 with labor around $100 would allow fitting a 3600 unit. You wouldn’t need the additional 32 gigabytes of RAM, so 16 gigabytes would suffice. That way you could likely run a 5700XT, essentially a 2070 supercomputer.

Don't stress about it right now. Upgrade the CPU in a few years. It has six cores and I'm still fine with a quad-core setup.

Sure thing. It’s a solid choice right now. The setup will stay effective through the end of the year and beyond. It can handle any new gaming programs that come out. The latest consoles might shift things slightly, but they need to launch and stay around long enough for developers to optimize them fully. We’ve got time.
