Maybe there are some video projects too. I improved this device about two years back. My wife's model can't upgrade to Windows 11, so she uses mine instead.
I'm trying to prepare myself for the future a little. The points I mentioned in post #9 fit within my budget.

Realize your financial limits are important when rearranging items.

I didn't have one at first, but in the end it came to about 1500. I was sure about what I wanted, and it made sense. If it had been more, I would have started questioning again.

Thank you, but your selections have been finalized and a partial order placed. I don't use Intel products; I've always preferred AMD.

If they’ve already been made, then why ask here? It’s clear you’ve already purchased a GPU, which isn’t a great decision. Sticking with brands isn’t wise—focus on getting the best price instead of just what’s listed. You also made an error by choosing a Ryzen 9 over a Ryzen 7; single-core performance matters more in Photoshop, and the 7700X or 9700X are top choices. The 7600X and 9600X with Ultra chips are about as good as the pricier 9900 and 7900. The 7900X isn’t really the best option for general use on AM5 for Photoshop.

I mentioned earlier before the decisions were reached, thank you. The discussion stayed quiet for several days without any reply. Appreciate your thoughts. There might be differing views. Have a great day.
