I adjusted the RAM speed from 1600 MHz to 3600 MHz but the PC fails to boot, displaying a black screen. What should I do?

Do you mean 1600mhz as a program like CPU-z would recognize or 1600mhz as the rated speed? (DDR ram transfers data twice as much in a given time, which causes confusion). What motherboard are you using? It might not support 3600mhz memory.

Avoid making big jumps when overclocking RAM. If your PC doesn't start, try resetting the CMOS.

Remove the CMOS battery and reinstall it. This will restore the frequency settings.

Usage of the A320 chipset limits Ram frequency, potentially restricting it to 2400 or 2666 MHz based on the CPU model.

When removing the CMOS battery, you should either power on the PC without it or simply remove and reinstall it.
