Your package size is now consistently reaching 108°C on the CPU, which is beyond its safe limit. This could be related to a failing cooler. When it hits around 108°C, your PC shuts down automatically for safety. With current outdoor temperatures near 28°C and you live in a building with poor ventilation, environmental factors might also contribute to overheating. Your girlfriend’s setup with a different cooler works better, so consider checking her configuration for insights. The issue started two days ago, and the temperatures have risen noticeably.

Your issue isn't centered on airflow much, so removing the side panel does ease things a bit. How cool is your CPU running? What's the temperature in the room? Replacing or repositioning the cooler could be useful if it didn't fit well at first.

You adjusted the Precision Boost parameters—ensure it isn’t reaching 164W at auto speed. Verify the cooler placement and follow the advice shared by @Fred Castellum.

Room temperatures hover around 28°C based on our thermostat readings with windows left open. The cooler is a Coolermaster, though the exact model isn’t clear. It might be the Cooler Master Master Liquid ML240L, which my friend upgraded to me after I switched to a 5800x and a B550 Tomahawk.

He assisted me in boosting the speed, but could that be the problem? She’s doing the same thing—same chassis, identical case, just a different power supply, cooler, and RAM.

Check if the pump continues to operate in the AIO cooler. Notice any vibrations when touching the cooler, or observe if the tubing shows varying temperatures.

The tubes maintain a steady temperature up to the AIO unit, and I can sense vibrations there.

I’d consider re-uploading or installing it on the CPU first, as it seems the AIO is functioning properly.

Just to clarify, your CPU can reach up to 4.85Ghz without any adjustments, with precision boost enabled automatically. Currently, it's constrained by a fixed clock speed of 4Ghz. EDIT: The second BIOS image seems to indicate an unusual situation.
