I observed that the two screws under the chipset appear to stick out quite a bit. The right side of the mobo lifts up more than the left. It might be feasible to install them further, but I’m aware how delicate the chip is. Could this be the issue?

The issue isn't clear to me. The board appears flat in the image, but there are parts below it. If installed inside the case, it should rest on supports or a flat area.

On the right side beneath the board, you can observe two screws attached to the box. I’m concerned they might not need more screws in. I’m worried they’re longer than the standoffs themselves.
Edit: Sorry if this bothers you; I just want to cover my bases before reinstalling. I really don’t like plugging in the 24 pin, lol.

It's difficult to tell them apart in the photo. Are these screws similar to the ones shown at http://www.pcper.com/files/imagecache/ar...ck-cpu.jpg?

They are located beneath the chipset.

I believe these are intended for the heatsink. If you're adjusting them, should they be straightforward?

Everything appeared fine until reaching the Molex for the two fans. Each time I connected something, it would boot up. When I plugged in the fans, the computer wouldn't start. The two 3P connectors for the fans fit into a 4P connector. I checked the 4P connector with a wire inspector and it seems to work. Trying to connect just one fan into the 4P didn't work either. Should I be doing something wrong? Are both fans dead? It doesn't seem likely, does it?

It might be related to a controller problem. You may try a fan controller instead:

Yes, I identified the issue. I don't have a controller. It's not necessary in the mobile. Now it functions properly. Thanks for your assistance!
