Zoom requires at least SDK version 21, which means your Android version must meet that requirement or you won’t be able to use it properly. This can happen often. There don’t seem to be any custom ROMs available for the tablet right now, and that’s likely because Android 5 needs a minimum of 1.5GB RAM while Android 6+ needs 2GB. At this stage, the device is quite outdated. If your priority is accessing Zoom, the Amazon Fire HD 8 is on sale for $45 USD and appears to support it. You might encounter ads on the lock screen unless you pay the $60 USD for an ad-free version. I don’t really like that option, but it’s affordable, includes Zoom, and is up to date.
