Appears excellent in 16:9 format, but I haven't used a wider screen before and doubt I'd try it. Other games I play might struggle with 21:9. I’d prefer a 1440p display for CSGO, but if pCars is your focus, ultrawide might be better. For 1440p setups, a GTX 980 or R9 390X is recommended.
It's typical to have a 1080p monitor at 23 inches. It looks impressive because my GPU struggles with just this one display, and I haven't tested triple screen or ultra-wide options yet. The choice really depends on what you plan to do or play on your PC.
It seems you can likely install a wheel in GTA V, though it might depend on your situation. The cost is around $200, which isn’t too high for a year or a couple of months. I bought mine for about $400, and it works perfectly with no issues.
Search for a GT Driving Force Pro/GT model. It's essentially a reduced version of the G27, priced between 50 and 120 on eBay. I own a GT Driving Force Pro for a vehicle number 20. I think it's adequate, though it lacks a clutch. At such a low cost, you'd expect some compromises. The gear lever works fine.
The G27 features a clutch pedal crafted from metal, which can be challenging to operate with bare feet but offers smooth movement. It includes an H-shifter, though the previous sequential system has been removed in the latest model. The gears are designed to reduce noise, and the wheel is made from a comfortable leather-like material. Overall, it provides stronger feedback.
It's tough using it without shoes, but the extra travel time could be worth it. I believe the Driving force includes an H-shifter. I don't mind the noise much, but I think a closed headset would help. Also, is there an option to add leather parts to the Driving force?
it doesn't have an H-shifter, it uses a sequential one. the G27 is relatively quiet compared to the DFGT, though not as quiet either. i'm unsure about adding leather to the DFGT. additionally, the G27 has many wires and is quite heavy, so i suggest using a wheel stand or sim rig.
