I would replace the 144HZ monitor with a more affordable model and swap the Ryzen 7 2700X for the Ryzen 5 3600X. Based on the tests, you won't reach close to 144 frames per second in most games at 1080P, and the newer R5 3600X outperforms the older R7 2700X even with fewer cores and threads, offering better performance for similar prices.
