How many frames will this get?
Estimating the number of frames for a low-settings Fortnite build without Epic view distance is challenging, but I can offer some general guidance.
the total number of frames depends on the playback speed and duration. at 60fps, a one-minute session yields 3,600 frames, while an hour results in 216,000 frames.
Sorry for being unclear

I would replace the 144HZ monitor with a more affordable model and swap the Ryzen 7 2700X for the Ryzen 5 3600X. Based on the tests, you won't reach close to 144 frames per second in most games at 1080P, and the newer R5 3600X outperforms the older R7 2700X even with fewer cores and threads, offering better performance for similar prices.
