I'm uncertain about other options besides reinstalling Windows. I usually have a bootable Linux USB key ready for resolving this issue.

I possess a recoverable usb from another pc, though I'm uncertain about its compatibility. Additionally, I have a windows pc at home running windows 10, which I could use to investigate creating a bootable usb.

Many guides on YouTube demonstrate creating a bootable USB. You might also want to consider making a bootable Windows key instead of Linux, depending on your preference.

I successfully set up a new Windows 10 installation, but now I'm facing an issue with two identical profiles and duplicate installations on the same computer. I need to reclaim all my files and reset shortcuts and other settings again, thank you for your assistance.

Also there is a completely new issue now for the game services, such as Epic Games, suggesting I should reinstall games that are already stored on my hard drives. I just can't figure it out anymore.
