Hot steam experiences Fun steam adventures Exciting steam games
Hi everyone. I received a 100NZD Steam card from my Auntie for New Year’s. I’m unsure which games to purchase yet. I already bought a few titles myself. My system specs are: Intel i5 6600k, GTX 970, gaming version with 8GB RAM. This PC was given to me, so I can’t modify it now. I’m considering Just Cause 3 because I enjoy causing chaos. What’s the optimization quality like? It might be a game ID purchase. I don’t like the GTA series before I suggest it. I haven’t played any of the Witcher titles either—50$ is a price, but I’ve never tried them. Warhammer: Vermintide seems fine, though I’m not sure there’s a big player base. I don’t want Fallout 4; I saw it on my cousin’s machine. Any other recommendations?
Just Cause's optimization might be rough, but recent fixes could help. Rainbow Six: Siege seems solid despite its matchmaking issues. Witcher 3 delivers an exceptional experience. I suggest checking out a recap of the last two titles before diving in. Rocket League is enjoyable and affordable too.
Gather information on any ideas presented. I haven’t received details about your profession or interests.
I’m also going to include some budget titles—CS:GO, Half-Life, Rocket League, CoD World at War (for the zombie version).
I own CS:GO and played a bit of Half-Life, but not much of it. Lol. How do you usually find matches? That’s what keeps me from playing. I’m not sure what I enjoy—everything seems possible to me. I like total war games, the L4D series, Dynasty Warriors, and even Witcher 3. But I’m hesitant about spending $50 on it and not liking it. Would Just Cause 3 be a good choice? I’m okay with it, but I’d expect it to get repetitive after some time.
Don't let fear hold you back from Witcher 3. The main concern is whether you have the time and interest in exploring its lore. It's earned awards, is available on Steam for $30, but GOG might offer better deals for JC3. Consider waiting until prices improve.
