I believe we're getting closer to understanding this. After downloading HWINFO, I didn't see any vcore sensor listed. Searching online brought up old forum discussions suggesting the issue might be related to the motherboard not supporting vcore monitoring. It seems that if VID numbers appear in place of vcore, that could explain the problem. Since the core voltage matches VID when using XTU, it's possible this is the cause. If this is true, you can still monitor voltage by checking the BIOS settings or using a separate voltmeter.
I’m using a 10600K running at 4.8GHz across all cores with voltages near 1.27 to 1.29 under load. The Gigabyte Vision G Z490 board has been working fine with BIOS overclocking, though I prefer XTU for its simplicity. At 4.9GHz all cores I see around 1.34V under load, and at 5GHz it climbs to about 1.41–1.44V—quite high for such a chipset. It seems the silicon might be underperforming.
