I thought it might be a cooler problem, maybe I didn’t install it correctly. But after checking online, I saw that changing my power management to "balanced" and adjusting £maximum processor state from full to 99% instantly lowers the temperatures by about 30 degrees. That’s strange. What should I do to bring it back to 100% and avoid such high readings?

Are your 5900X temperatures exceeding 70°C during full load? Could that be the problem? At 99% load, they drop to 40°C—what’s the real performance? Are you seeing actual load or just reported usage?

My temperatures are at 70 on desktop when Chrome is running. I noticed that adjusting Windows Power Management settings causes a quick drop from 70°C to 40°C in just 30 seconds.

Cooling performance is poor. The 5900X handles temperature reduction very easily, possibly through passive methods.

Nothing at all. The triple radiator from Alphacool was installed correctly and paired with quality thermal paste. The cooling performance remains excellent. As mentioned earlier, reducing the maximum CPU power by 1% lowers the temperature by about 30 degrees immediately.
