I agree with this advice. For me, the top core reaches up to 1.46V and consumes a reasonable amount of power. It seems that aiming for higher boost performance while avoiding the lowest voltage range helps prevent overheating. However, I’m not sure what voltages other high-end CPUs use, so this is just my guess.
