I think the H510 performs better under negative pressure conditions. 90°C isn't suitable for your CPU.

You don’t need to make any changes. Brief spikes up to 90°C are acceptable as long as the CPU isn’t running hot continuously. Even then, under these conditions, the CPU could last several years. Since you’re not pushing the CPU beyond its limits, I’d describe your cooling system as "sufficient for the task." Of course, there’s always potential for better performance (like improved airflow), but it’s not essential in a strict sense. In short: if you’re okay with the noise and won’t be overclocking, it’s perfectly acceptable.

My performance metrics typically stay between 75 and 86 during intense usage, with multiple applications active. It seldom exceeds this range, as observed during about one or two sessions in a play cycle, never surpassing 89 or 90.

It's a good idea to test an undervolt setting. I lowered mine from 3.9V to 1.25V, and it stays cool—about 10-15 degrees less heat—without losing speed.
