Consider checking out some reliable water coolers. Since you're new to water cooling, look for models with solid reviews and good support. Noctua fans are a solid choice if you want quality performance.
The 9900KS tends to overheat, and a standard cooler won’t suffice. You might want to re-paste or re-seat it, but an AIO would be a better choice. Regardless of stress testing, you shouldn’t let the CPU hit such high temperatures. The thermal junction for the 9900KS reaches 100°C.
If the Noctua NH-D15 seems costly, I highly suggest the Scythe Ninja 5. (About 98% of the performance at 65% of the cost). Note: These are mainly air coolers.
