The fan directs air toward the area with the shroud. The AIO is expelling air, though it's hard to confirm whether the upper fans act as intake or exhaust. They likely function as intake.

I can see that the fan is set as exhaust and I wouldn't worry about unscrewing it and turning it around.

Hi there. I work with a lot of rendering tasks using 3DS Max, Vray and Corona. I recently got a CPU that stays under 70°C even with Noctua NH12 fans. However, I noticed it rarely drops below 63°C during long idle sessions. I’m not sure if this is ideal or not, but I think lower idle temps would be better. The room temperature here in Portugal is around 17-19°C.

My 3950x was also experiencing elevated idle temperatures on my Noctua d-15. I had to lower the core voltage by -0.1V, which reduced it to around 45-50°C. I’m not sure why this CPU tends to get high idle temps, but I’ve had to adapt to it. It still runs at about 77°C during full load.

Your idle temperatures are generally between 30 and 50 degrees Celsius. Running more programs or using recording tools raises them significantly to over 40 or even 50. You have one AIO fan and three case fans. It seems your idle temps are likely higher than expected.
